Garden City, NY: The LIGBT ran Sport Shot Series #4 at AMF Garden City on Sunday and saw Daniel Gehrig, Baldwin, NY win his first title and the $1,000 top prize. Daniel, who joined the LIGBT in 2013, ended his 12 years of futility by defeating Chris Colon, Brooklyn, NY 266-262. Chris, was also searching for his first title, earned $500. Finishing in 3rd was JoJo Alcantara, Flushing, NY with a 235 worth $300. Rounding out the top 5 was 4th place finisher Lou Barbera, N. The final shootout was dominated early by Chris who began the match with 6 strikes. Daniel couldn’t string strikes early and kept leaving 9 counts.
