DOMINATES BABYLON
Congratulations to 19-year old Matt Cummings for winning your 2nd LIGBT title on Sunday at AMF Babylon. Matt took home the $1,000 top prize by defeating Donald Eubanks 248-218 in the final shootout. While Donald earned $500 for 2nd, finishing in 3rd was Anatoly Khodorkovsky with a 197 worth $300. Rounding out the top 4 was Zafar Alli with a 188 worth $250.
The "Winding Road" pattern proved challenging with cashing scores of 685 and 686. High series was shot by our champion Matt Cummings in the noon squad with an amazing 849. The wildcard winner was Alex Padmore with a 1,367 six-game series. Stacey Pflug was high woman with a 687 and added to the finals. Donald Eubanks (691) was also added to the finals to meet the super senior guarantee.
The AMF Babylon sport shot event drew a wonderful crowd of 100 entries and paid out a $4,920 prize fund to 27 cashers. Raffle winners were Leslie Baptiste (Brunswick ball), Calvin Nottingham (Turbo triple roller) and Ian Galloway (Turbo triple roller). The LIGBT welcomed 8 new members at Babylon.
