FINAL SHOOTOUT!

Congratulations to Steve Kelly for winning your 4^th LIGBT title since joining the club in 2009. Steve earned the $1,000 top prize in our 2^nd sport shot event of Season 18 at AMF Babylon. In the final shootout Steve defeated Silk Nixon 269-233 to capture the victory. Silk’s 2^nd place finish earned him $500. Finishing in 3^rd with a 204 was Donna Ryan. Rounding out the top 4 was Tony “House Shoes” Genova with a 193 worth $250.

The AMF Babylon event was a good tournament with 83 entries and a 23-person prize list totaling $4,085. Scores on the “Middle Road” pattern were higher than expected with a noon cashing score of 671 and a 2pm cashing score of 690. The wildcard winner was Joe Weis with a 1,349.

Congratulations to all of the cashers and thanks to everyone that participate on Sunday at AMF Babylon. LIGBT’s next event is a Senior Handicap tournament this coming Sunday, November 23^rd (noon) at AMF E. Meadow. Have a great week and we look forward to seeing you soon at an LIGBT event.
